Coral Bead Fringe Art Deco Necklace

This delicate Art Deco silver-tone paper-clip chain suspends coral glass beads in decorative oval settings.  The overall effect is dainty elegance.  This necklace closes with a spring-ring clasp.

Crystal & Sterling Chicklet-style Art Deco Necklace

Faceted clear crystal chicklets in sterling silver frames set at an angle give this Art Deco necklace a lot of class.  The positioning of the stones adds to the sparkle and makes this piece unique.  This necklace, which closes with a hidden push-in clasp, has a matching bracelet.  The style of the clasp makes me think this piece was produced in Japan in the late 1940s to early 1950s, one of the Art Deco Revival eras.

Diamanté & Gold Snake Chain Post-war Necklace by Coro

Gold-plated fretwork embellished with clear baguette rhinestones form the center of this lovely Post-war snake chain necklace by Coro. A pear-shaped diamanté adorns the tail of the hook closure. This piece is another great example of the work Adolph Katz produced for Corocraft, Coro's high-end line.  What's interesting is that this piece appears in an October 1, 1953 Vogue ad with the following copy:  "excitingly beautiful as Paris by night ... Vendome by Coro".  (Vendome was another one of the company's high-end lines.)

Diamanté Buckle Line Choker by Mazer Bros.

A raised fixed buckle adorned with a unique assortment of rhinestone shapes is surrounded by  baguettes in this rhodium-plated line choker by Mazer Bros.  It has a jeweled fold-over clasp.  This necklace was difficult to photograph because it contours to the neck and, therefore, does not lay flat.  This piece was made for a slim neck.  Please note the necklace length (14 1/2") and measure your neck before purchasing.  The matching bracelet is also available.

Price: US$ 150.00

Emerald & Gold Snake Chain Post-war Necklace by Coro

A large faceted pear-shaped emerald rhinestone is the focal point in this glamorous Post-war piece designed by Adolph Katz for Corocraft, Coro's high-end line. Emerald rhinestone baguettes embellish the gold-plated fretwork. The snake chain closes with an emerald-topped folder-over clasp.
