This gold and glass bead pineapple bib necklace illustrates a typical Carnegie theme — flora — with a clever combination of materials. Gold-tone pineapples and black and carnelian glass beads hang from the gold-tone collar, which closes with a push-in clasp that disappears into a pineapple.
This Hattie Carnegie necklace of textured gold-plated discs topped with diamanté is as stylish today as it was in the early 1950s. This necklace has an adjustable hook-and-tail clasp. Wear this necklace with our classic Carnegie Gold Mesh Cuff with Pastes.
This gold mesh necklace with glass pearls and clear crystal beads is another of Hattie Carnegie's wonderful mesh creations. This one has diamanté accents, lots of great movement, and an adjustable hook-and-tail clasp.
This necklace of intertwining vines of golden topaz and citrine rhinestones and dangling teardrop citrine stones was named "Empire" by Coro and designed by Adolph Katz. It was one of the pieces featured in a 1954 Life ad with the slogan: "the gift that always wins her heart…Coro Jewelry". The gold-tone flexible snake chain has an adjustable hook and tail closure embellished with a citrine teardrop. This piece was part of Coro's high-end Corocraft line.
Although it's unsigned, this brickwork necklace has been attributed to Jakob Bengel. It features green and black enamel on chrome with an attractive link chain and a spring-ring clasp. This necklace is extremely flexible and can be worn on either side. A true Art Deco classic!.
Faceted spring-green glass beads with chrome links, balls and end caps make this necklace a delightful accessory for any season. This necklace, which is light weight and has a spring-ring clasp, is probably European in origin. I have a great pair of dangling earrings in the same shade and style.
Faceted green glass discs sandwiched between rhinestone rondelles alternate with blue-green glass beads and metal spacers to form this colorful necklace from France or Czechoslovakia. The beads are strung on chain with a green glass disc screw-in clasp. The last detailed photo shows this necklace with my Paste, Pearl & Green Bead Dangling Brooch by Hattie Carnegie.
