Pastel Art Glass French 1950s Dangling Earrings
Unsigned (Louis Rousselet?)
2 1/4" x 1"
"Depose" (the French word for "patented")
Pale pink, green and blue art-glass beads with white striations in different sizes and shapes dangle from a glass button in a deeper shade of pink, forming these soft-pastel 1950s French earrings. These clip-backs are lovely and versatile and have lots of movement. Though unsigned, these earrings resemble pieces made by Louis Rousselet, especially with the button-style bead at the earlobe.
