    Blue glass necklace with rondelles
Front of blue glass & rondelle necklace
    USD$295.00

    Cobalt Blue Necklace with Rondelles

This cobalt blue necklace has poured-glass beads alternating with rondelles, which are all shaped like half-moons. The elements are strung on a chain that ends with a diamanté-embellished screw-barrel clasp. This French Art Deco beauty is from my personal collection. The chain has stretched a bit over time – a typical issue with pieces from this era. This jewel is perfect for women who like to wear cool colors. Simple diamond studs will complete your look.

Earrings & brooch by Hattie Carnegie
1950s coral enamel on gold brooch
    USD$195.00

Coral, Pearl & Gold Brooch & Earrings Set by Hattie Carnegie

This vintage leaf earrings and brooch set by Hattie Carnegie executes one of her common themes – florals – to perfection. Each piece is made with coral enamel on gold-tone metal with a faux pearl accent. The design and detail are superb: the leaves look as though they’re blowing in the breeze, and the backs of the brooch and ear clips show the leaves’ veins. The brooch has a roll-over safety clasp. You could wear these pieces together or separately, for different looks. The brooch would also look great with simple pearl stud earrings. A perfect set for a woman who wears warm colors.

    Crystal and onyx necklace
Crystal bead & onyx necklace doubled
    USD$495.00

    Crystal & Onyx Necklace

This crystal bead necklace from the 1920s is long and unusual. Disks of alternating crystal and onyx separate the faceted, graduated beads. The units of disks are tapered at each end. You can wear this necklace long (37”) or double it with a necklace shortener or ribbon – the striped effect the pattern creates is stunning and eye-catching. I know, because I wore the necklace that way for many years to great acclaim! Scroll down to see some complimentary pieces to wear with this fabulous jewel.

Sterling silver crystal necklace in Art Deco-style
    Art Deco-style crystal chicklet necklace
    USD$295.00

Crystal & Sterling Art Deco-Style Necklace

This crystal and sterling silver necklace is a 1950s revival of the Art Deco chicklet. These faceted, square-cut crystals are set in angled frames, adding to the sparkle and uniqueness of this piece. This necklace closes with a concealed clasp; its style tells me this piece was produced in Japan in the early 1950s. After the war, Japan produced a lot of high-quality costume jewelry for export. This beautiful necklace sparkled on the runway at Toronto Fashion Week for Spring 2019. Art Deco crystal earrings with diamante
Front view of Art Deco crystal pendants
    USD$245.00

    Crystal Art Deco Pendant Earrings

These Art Deco crystal earrings are long pendants that end with beautiful princess-cut stones. Each is topped with a trio of diamanté. Two smaller ones are separated by white-metal links. The large stone at the top was originally the face of the sterling silver screw backs. My expert jeweler replaced them with sterling silver wires with lever backs for pierced ears. If the 2 ½” length isn’t to your liking, you could have the lever-back wires replaced with posts. The length would then be 1 ¾”. These lovely earrings were part of my personal collection. They go with absolutely everything!

Crystal Bead & Sterling 1920s Drop Earrings

Dainty and elegant, these 1920s earrings feature a faceted crystal ball dangling from a fine sterling silver chain. The framed glass stone that fronts the screw back appears to have darkened only because the attachment of the mechanism doesn't allow light to pass through it. The screw backs can be modified for pierced ears. These earrings go with absolutely everything and can be worn with all color palettes! Scroll down to see a selection of necklaces and brooches to wear with this lovely pair.

Crystal Bead, Diamanté & Rondelle Corsage 1950s Wrap Bracelet

The photos and description of this 1950s wrap bracelet with crystal beads, diamanté and rhinestone rondelles do not do this piece justice. It has three rows of crystal beads on wire -- the outer two are clear, and the middle one is frosted with a polka dot effect. The center corsage has layers of both types of beads, some of which are topped with diamanté. Rhinestone rondelles further embellish this special bracelet. Wear it for fun or when dressing up for a special occasion. I guarantee that no one else with have anything like this bracelet!

    Crystal Chicklet-Style Art Deco Earrings

These stunning 1920s Art Deco earrings combine square-cut and round chicklet-style crystals in graduating sizes. They sparkle beautifully while they swing! The screw-backs are marked sterling, but I cannot say whether the metal that frames each stone is as well. These all-original screw-back earrings are beautifully made, nonetheless. Please note that these earrings can be modified for pierced ears. Scroll down to see several Art Deco pieces to wear with these earrings.
