Aquamarine 1920s Necklace
16 1/2" x 3/8"
"STERLING" on clasp
This vintage aquamarine necklace has watery-blue-glass stones set in etched-silver-metal frames. The stones are faceted on top and have pointed bottoms. This stunning, well-made 1920s Art Deco classic closes with a spring-ring clasp. The frames and links may be sterling, but only the clasp is marked. This lovely jewel, from my personal collection, would suit someone who looks best in cool colors. Vintage Necklaces, 1920s Jewelry, Unsigned JewelryThis crystal and silver necklace has stones that are faceted on top and have pointed bottoms. Each is set in an etched silver-tone-metal frame. This stunning, well-made 1920s Art Deco classic is elegant and versatile to wear – it goes with everything! The original necklace was extremely short, so my expert jeweler added rings at each end to extend it and replaced the spring-ring clasp.
