Diamanté 1940s Choker with Buckle by Mazer Bros.

Diamanté 1940s Choker with Buckle by Mazer Bros.

Additional information

Mazer Bros.

14 1/2" x 1/2"

Very good (a few stones are slightly cloudy; photos suggest slight yellowing that isn't present)

1948-1952 (based on maker's mark, per Brunialti)

A raised, fixed buckle adorned with a unique assortment of diamanté shapes is surrounded by baguettes in this rhodium-plated choker by Mazer Bros. Made in the late-1940s to early 1950s, it has a jeweled fold-over clasp. This necklace was difficult to photograph because it contours to the neck and, therefore, does not lay flat. This piece was made for a slim neck. Please note the necklace length (14 1/2″) and measure your neck before purchasing. The matching bracelet is also available – scroll down to see it.
