Golden Topaz, Citrine & Diamanté 1950s Brooch by Hattie Carnegie
2" x 2 1/2"
"Hattie Carnegie" in script on oval cartouche
A large oval, faceted golden-topaz glass stone the looks like luscious caramel is the centerpiece of this 1950s brooch by Hattie Carnegie. The center is surrounded by large, round, white-striped glass stones and further embellished with small citrines and layers of darker citrine leaves. This wreath-like piece is another three-dimensional example of Carnegie’s quality and design ingenuity. The gold-plated metal setting has a roll-over safety clasp.
