This golden topaz brooch has large, faceted deep-yellow glass stones (sometimes referred to as coffin-shaped), with the largest shooting out at various angles. They form the bottom layer of this dazzling 1950s brooch by Miriam Haskell. A large citrine-glass stone in the center is surrounded by silver-coated diamantés to add to the sparkle. Small lighter yellow stones add contrast. Although one of these stones is missing, its absence can be seen only by very close inspection and does not blemish the beauty of this jewel. The back is silver-tone filigree with a roll-over safety clasp. Just add your own faux or real diamond studs.
