"TRIFARI" with crown (very worn) and "STERLING"

This Trifari bracelet features oval prong-set ruby-glass stones alternating with pavé-embellished scroll-shaped links in a gold-plated sterling silver setting. This 1940s Retro Modern piece closes with a fold-over clasp. It was made during World War II, when makers had to use sterling because base metals were limited to war-related manufacturing.
